The Lite6 is a mainly metal design that saves money by using a PTFE liner. As a result, it can compete in the same price range as all of the low-cost hotends, including several clones. The Lite6 is the lite version of the v6. It's a low-cost hotend that's perfect for novices or those on a budget.

The E3D Lite hot-end ideal for those who wish to fine-tune their printing without having to use excessive temperatures. E3D Lite6 hot-ends work wonders with ABS and PLA 3D printing filaments, as well as flexible filaments.

The Lite6 has a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) tube, similar to the v6 line, to assist keep the thermal transition inside the hot-end crisp, as well as the ability to hold any 1.75mm E3D nozzle.
